Dan has been involved in health and fitness in varying capacities for almost 10 years. He began working with the Canterbury Bulldogs junior grades as a trainer at around 20 years old and then went on to work as an assistant coach with the Sydney Roosters a few years later. During this time, Dan also began work as a Personal Trainer at one of Australia’s biggest Personal Training franchises, moving his way up to managing the studio, before leaving to begin Mind Body Athletic.
Dan created Mind Body Athletic to provide the best health and fitness coaching service possible. His belief around health and fitness, is that it begins with a growth mindset surrounded by a supportive community, and is backed up by healthy habits daily which will allow you to achieve your true athletic potential. He believes all humans are athletes in their own right.
Having spent a lot of time in a team environment, group training makes up the core of Mind Body Athletic. Dans leadership, enthusiasm and passion for getting the best out of people is what truly makes Mind Body Athletic what it is!
Dan values Resilience, Tenacity, Passion, Purpose and Enthusiasm and he tries to uphold those values in each aspect of his life, as well as passing on those values to the members of Mind Body Athletic.
